Free Shipping is for continental U.S. orders only on select items. All orders outside the continental U.S. will be charged for shipping.
Upgrading Shipping
Upgrading Shipping will only speed up shipping times; it will not speed up production time.
Orders with Multiple Items
Orders with multiple items will be shipped as one shipment once completed.
Signature Required
A signature will be required on all orders.
Standard Delivery
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 10-14 business days after the designer ships to us. (Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as business days)
International Deliveries

Manhattan Bridal Inc cannot be held responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees that may apply to international orders.

Return Policy
All sales are final. No exchanges, no refunds, and no returns.
Canceled Orders
All Wedding Gown orders canceled after 3 days of the initial purchase will lose 50% of the Merchandise purchase price. Bridal orders cancelled within three days may be subject to a cancellation fee.
All Canceled Orders must be verbally done over the phone. We do NOT accept cancellations on Veils, Bridesmaid Dresses, Flower Girl Dresses, Bras, Accessories, Invitations, Prom Dresses, Mothers Dresses, Special Occasion Dresses, Shoes, or Slips. All other charges are non-refundable including Shipping, Insurance, and any transaction fees. If the manufacturer has not shipped your order, and they will not charge us then we will refund 100% of your money. Rush cut orders or quick ship orders, cannot be canceled or changed. Orders shipped from the manufacturer's stock inventory cannot be canceled or changed. We will try to work with you on canceled orders. We are an ethical business and will do everything we can to cancel your order without you being obligated to the gown. In most situations it is up to the manufacturer. Best Bridal Prices has the most up front return policy in the industry. We will not hide behind words to contradict the terms.
